Summer

Bright sun, cloudless sky, bue as the carribean sea. Bees a-buzzin' , flowers bending with the sweet breeze. Water cool to my eyes, frozen to touch, I dive in. Not shy , no not one bit. This summer I'm bold ,I'm free. This is summer to me. June , July, & August. Heat pouring like rain. AC's blowing like the Antartic wind. " May i have a glass of lemonade?" It's sweet as honey, it sweats like my face,I says " Whew! Girl it's hot! Drink up chil' I needs me a refil!" Miniscule bugs pester me at night, elegant butterfiles please me at noon, small ladybugs wish me good luck in the morinin' bloom this is summer to me.
