Summer Love

Lips as warm as summer.
A tangerine sunrise.
Sweet as all the peaches
under azure Georgia skies.

Pushing into mine,
pulling you to me.
Stripping my heart bare,
and deep inside you see.

My hand upon your chest.
So much I want to say...
Must keep these words inside,
to keep this thing at bay.

But with your lips upon my lips,
warm and sweet as honey.
I'm losing hold my grip,
and slipping from reality.

Lost inside your eyes,
drowning in the green.
Deeper than the seas,
that kiss the Aberdeen.

Your hands caress my back,
and deep inside they pull.
Twisting me in tangles,
still somehow i feel whole.

But i'm falling into pieces,
they are melting into you.
Like snow into the spring grass,
and there's nothing i can do.
