Summer Sisters

Standing around with my sisters near

Impatiently waiting for summer to get here

To go to the beach and get a tan

Under the shining sun in the sand

Adventures are soon to cross our path

Summer is time to forget about math

It feels so short and goes so fast

But we like to make every second last

Summer is the time to do our hair

Make up with a cute outfit to wear

Not a worry in the world for what people say

Live every moment of every single day

This is when we have so much free time

My sisters are all my partners in crime

Through whatever we do together

Having a blast in any type of weather

Summer is only two months long

Sing your hearts out to every song

Dance as no one is watching us

We love each other from dawn to dusk

As summer comes to an end

School shopping with money to spend

Its back to my school routine

As a Senior at seventeen
