Summer's Wings

You are so beautiful The most beautiful thing I've ever seen Still can't believe You gave him your self esteem Still can't believe How quickly you lost your worth How I remember the times He made you feel less than dirt And now you wear his ring But with him you'll never be a queen Though you treat him like a king And twice you've bared his seed I'd always hoped you would one day see you See the beauty from within And find yourself again But the years have gone by And I really miss my friend I know that some where down inside you She hides Praying awaiting her release To fly away as a butterfly Spreading her beautiful wings for the world to see

Thank you. How do I find your poems? As you can see I don't use this site and forgot I even posted a poem. So I don't really know much about navigating the site.
