Sum/Winter you've had

chillin' by the pool

sun on your face

lay back

against the cushions

trying to tan

trying again?

sun on your legs

sun on your face

skin getting warm

summer's almost over

you tell yourself

for tanning, winter's no good

but in the winter

you can thrive in the cold

with the snowstorm

outside

the white blanket

that covers your car

covers your house

and your backyard

snowballs with family

snowforts with friends

snow angels all alone

snowflakes on your tongue

no more sun
