Sun


Like the sun you always burn

And you always shed light.

Like the sun you always bring warmth.

 

And I’m scared

 

I’m scared I’m the ice cold enough to

Penetrate that warmth,

Cold enough to take away your fire.

I refuse to let that happen,

I refuse to be that one.
