SUN

I'm like the sun

Beautiful with a bright personality

You can't look at me long

You'll see my past that contains pain

And you won't look at me the same

That's why I burn

So your eyes shy away quick

Because intentions are no good

I hurt in silence as I do best

Fulfill the needs of others before

my own

Now you see why I'm like the sun

And shine alone
