Sun and Moon

The sun and the moon

Hold hands in the rain

And Fight through the pain

Sun shining bright

Moon still upright

Sun pushing through holding on tight

Moon tries to let go and expand the fight

Sun rises and lights the world

Moon stays and is beautiful but curled

Sun whole and one

Moon some but none

Both almost done

Go together and apart

Holding hands in the dark

Opposites but the same

Together in the game
