The Sun Wont Sleep

Location

It is day and it is night, somewhere.

It does not matter where I am, it only matters where you are.

It is cold and it is hot, somewhere.

It doesn't matter what the weather is like, I just wonder how you are.

A second, a minute, an hour, a day,

can go by and I still think of you.

A week, a month, a year,

went by and I still think of you.

It is hot again and the sun wont go to sleep until later,

I wait for your return, so I shall sit and watch the waiter.

After so long, I give in.

But right before I really do, we watch the sun sleep together once again.

I hope others can see the sun fall asleep,

Happy of course, once again as I did.
