Sunday Morning

Sunday mornings

waking up to the aroma of brewing coffee

and thick cinnamon rolls rising in the oven,

walking out to the kitchen to be greeted by your family

and furry companions who are eager for lovin,

going for 9 am walks in the brisk cold air

and heading to the local supermarket for your fruit of the day,

realizing the world is so at peace at this moment in time,

this is how Sunday mornings should be spent.
