You remind me of a sunflower

One of God’s creations, so simple and beautiful

Sometimes your beauty and simplicity gets taken for granted

But know that I never will

Like a sunflower, you radiate happiness wherever you go

I smile just thinking about you

There are so many parts to you

Because you have so much to offer to the world

If people don’t see how great you are

I do

I haven’t seen many sunflowers in my life

And I hope I never have to

You’re the only sunflower that I want to hold

To care for

To admire

I will water you with love

And love you till I can’t

There’s something about sunflowers

That makes them just perfect for me
