Sunlight's Daybreak
The sun has reached daybreak at last, and the moon has reached dusk.
Colors from amber to lilac flow through the sky.
Clouds from a distance form another dimension.
Birds fly from nest, and sing in tune.
Others gather around to form a V shape in the heavens.
A reflection on the pond is formed.
And in that pond a couple of fish are visible.
The fish are black, and white, with one spot on each back.
Wriggling around in circles, fish appear to form the Ying-Yang sign.
As the sun rises, colors become shades of sky blue.
It's noon and the sun's intense sun rays of light shine with all its might.
The blazing heat waves radiate from the sun.
Butterflies frolic while bees buzz.
Some animals play in the fields, while others cool off at the lake.
As the sun recoils, the moon ascends.
Wildlife retreats, while others come out to hunt.
The sun has vanished with only the moon's glow to spare.
That special time of day has come, and now a whole new story begins.
