Sunset

Deep darkness rises up behind you as you gaze out at the bleeding sunset sky

Scintillating stars spread across as the bottom of the ocean melts into the vibrant sorbet swirls

Deep space fills the sky as the bloody grapefruit sun dies down like the last glowing embers

The flood of warm colors disappears as quickly as it came; it is night

And it’s about time you started heading home.
