Sunshine

The sunshine can never be mine. Maybe I will be okay & just fine. My feelings I can not confine. No current love spells bind. Time of the past, present, & future. Can not stop, pause, or rewind. He does not want nickels, Pennies, or dimes. No more love song dedications or hymns. Uncomfortable & sour like lemons or limes. Senseless words that rhyme. Rejection like a creep of slime. Maybe his feelings will change in time. © Harmony Sapphire . All rights reserved
