Sunshine

Smiles beautify the soul
They spark an ignition
The day might be awful
The night more fearful
But the break of dawn
Coupled with a smile like yours
Gives me hope for a better tomorrow

Your stature, like the cedar tree
Is strong-firm and rooted in favor
You by my side
I can concur like a Viking on a hunt
You define the definition in me

Like a lion, I roar to your call
Day by day, night by night
Like an ant
I search for a safe haven
So I can make you feel heaven on earth.
