Supergirl

Another failed attempt.

I already regret my weaknesses.

my heart sinks.

my head listens to the mocking sea of voices;

Down

Down

Down

Drowning

Drowning

Drowning

I face the next wave of ridicule.

I HAVE TO

think of new ways to stay strong;

how tomorrow will be better.

I imagine all of the good in the world.

Supergirl. I shut my eyes tight and think of Supergirl.

She is strong. I am strong, too.
