Surgery

Four in the morning shift

bright in early

too tired to wake

Realizing it is another day to save lives

Scrubs scrubs scrubs

Lives to save, bodies to be cut open

Steady hands, clean scapels

scrub rooms and scrub caps

Scrubs scrubs scrubs

Time to save lives and cure people
