The Surviving Dreamer

Up and still I am Drowning myself in the songs Look up at the birds, Where are they at? Is like heaven above you and hell over me. Pause the music, stop, rewind and see Those beautiful memories, Those harmful moments. Pause and fast forward. "It's going to be okay," they say "When?" I ask "It will be over," "How?" Do you know, That I feel low And that life is slow. This dreamer will never leave Because all she can do is believe And she will achieve it.
