Surviving Marriage

Surviving Marriage

Lord, in the midst of the storms of life
When we are accustomed to strife

We can never questioned what you joined together
Your love can be compared to no other

The Bible has the keys to the survival kit
No Christian marriage can survive without it

Daily struggles to past every test
With each passing my soul has rest

We stood before God and made a vow
In every disagreement remember your commitment anyhow

In marriage, we must put God first in everything
Only the truest spousal love this will bring

Through every challenge continually trusting in God’s will
Casting aside how each of you feel

It is vital to live our faith together
Because the union was created by no other

Going back to the foundation of praying together each day
For marriage success this is the only way

Lord, you are always faithful in guiding  me
In our marriage,  may unconditional love be what God always see
