The Survivor

The Survivor she stands

Alone, so alone

But she knows her victory is not fleeting

Her cry is one of pure confidence and one of power

She can not be defeated

She can be knocked down

But her spirit refuses to quit

For any trial in front of her

Is no match for her decision

Her decision to live, her decision to fight

Her decision to be a Survivor

As She looks back on her tedious battle

She looks in awe because she sees

She is more than a Survivor

She is Victor and her life intact is her spoils

She will walk out of the Lion’s Den of life intact

Because She is Victorious

And what a beautiful day

When a Survivor

Becomes A Victor.
