Survivor
When he loves you with his rage?
How can you make him stay?
You have two kids and cannot leave.
You need support financially.
What will the church say if you get a divorce?
Will you end up back in court?
Defending the bruises and broken nose.
Pretending you fell, and then case closed.
Why didn’t he stop when you held your son?
Why didn’t he see he hurt you and gave your son a concussion?
Thank God that was the last time.
Now look at the blessings that came in your prime.
What would have happened if you continued to allow the abuse?
Would your kids handle their anger by fists and letting loose?
Be proud of yourself for leaving the trauma.
You are and always will be one strong momma!
