Sweet death
As a felt the wind blow through my hair,
I saw nothing but darkness in the air.
I closed my eyes to only see black,
I closed my eyes to not see when I hit contact.
I felt pain before I went numb,
I felt sad before I hit with a bum.
I saw light guide my way,
I saw death tell my what to say.
As I went to heaven I saw my father and mother,
as I went to heaven I realized how much my life was a bother.
As I lived in eternal happiness,
I couldn’t help but wonder if the others felt gratefulness.
If they truly loved me,
they would have let me be.
Clearly I meant nothing to them,
clearly I would never be treated like a gem.
In heaven I am dandy,
alive I wasn't happy.
Here I am today,
dead, yet happy is all I have to say.
