Sweet Escape

My paradise My sanctuary My place of saving When all else is lost A confusing mess An sweet escape From the brainwashing And self-harm The confusion I feel When you make me feel Loved and unworthy All at once A place I could Run away And free myself From the chains of society Bound by the expectations And standards set for me A place I wouldn't feel alone A place I wouldn't be swimming Just to feel like I'm doing Okay A place I could be accepted A sweet escape
