Sweet Goodbyes
What have I done?/ I pushed you away./ Though I wanted you to stay/ I kept running away//
Everything has changed/ No one is the same./ Because you and I/ Went our separate ways/-/ Everyone has changed./ Nothing is the same/ The peace at night/ From your sweet goodbyes//
The color in life/ Has turned black and white/ There's no room/ For a shade of grey/-/ No song from the birds/ No sound from the sea/ Just the bitter voice/ Of no company//
Everything has changed/ No on is the same/ Because you and I/ Went our separate ways/-/ Everyone has changed./Nothing is the same./The peace at night/ From your sweet goodbyes/
I pushed. You. Away/ To keep. You. From harm/ Though I. Could. Not. Explain. For my. Defense/-/ I miss. Your. Voice/ I miss. Our. Conversactions/ I beg. You. To stay/ I need. Your. Sweet. Goodbyes.//
