Sweet Green Eyes

I feel your sweet green eyes glance my way. I turn to meet them, my heart is gay. Your hands enclose mine. Our fingers intertwine. I feel your hands, so course and rough. When we part it is always tough. My heart belongs only to you. I know I shall always be true. I feel safe when I'm in your arms. You protect me from every harm. I look at you and my legs go weak. There is nothing about you I would tweak. Seeing you always makes my day. Especially when your sweet green eyes glance my way.

I hope this poem is enjoyed by any who read it. And hopefully will bring in some scholarships!

This poem was inspired by a very sweet guy I met earlier this year.
