Sweet Pain
Ah, sweet sorrow,
Sweet delightful pain.
Would you not let me see her, even for an hour?
And prove to her that this isn't just in vain,
She has become the reason why I breath, the reason i live, she is my life.
Yet, distance keeps her away from me,
And without her, I feel like I'm on the edge of a knife.
But it is this powerful emotion, this strong feeling, that keeps me breathing. I want her to see
This love, this feeling thats keeps me warm.
Though I am unable to hold her close,
I pray the heavens, that the day I get to be with her, finally hand in hand. Arm in arm,
To hold her in my arms and kiss her nose.
Little by little, as time passes by, she and I give life to a new bron love,
surly she must be a gift from above.
