the sweet scent

Love does not have just a specific feeling

but also a specific smell

love has always been linked with smell

it's when you have not seen someone in forever,

but recall what they smell like

that when you inhale that scent

it makes you  go back to being them

you think about them in your arm

its when you know you won't see them for a while

so you take their sweater so you can think of them

and when the scent of them has left it

you find it usless

the scent of love is different for everyone

but it is the scent of love nevertheless
