Sweet Sorrow

I don't want to feel this pain anymore, I want to go numb I'm laying on the floor wondering how I could ever I be this dumb Life is cruel and if you think otherwise, then you're a fool There's too much bad in this world and not enough good If this scares you, then it certainly should Why is the world such a cold and bitter place? Where people can lie straight to your face There will always be someone there to break your heart And there will always be that special someone to love you from the start You just gotta keep calm and carry on Just let bygones be bygones We've only got one life to live We should never take and always give Nothing lasts forever, not even pain And the sun will always shine, even after it rains.
