Barren stems more than emptiness -
within the confines of lost and broken,
resilient as beauty is -
Hope that awakens in white flowers

We are kings and queens of mountains that bow and lay
vermilion lakes that drown our sins and sorrows.
Manifest Destiny as the eye visualizes and you’ll realize

As the sweetest summer dream,
my ego unraveled at the seams and I awakened -
