Sweet Surender

Their gaunt and wiry limbs hover over me,

I lay in the cool sweet and sorrowful grass,

Diaphanous clouds course by, dragging

away the deaths of the day

I lay and close my eyes, hands on my chest,

The hole in my heart blooms a crimson red

And I give a sigh before I fly away
