Sweets

I do not like sweets

They leave me nauseous

My palate sickeningly sugary

But your love is just as sweet

And worth the calories

I love your love

It leaves me full of adrenaline

And smiling like an idiot

Your love is just as sweet as any cup of ice cream or bag of cookies

Your love is worth the calories

Your love leaves me full

With your love I feel no need to overindulge in sweets

Your love is far more worth the calories
