symbiotic relationship

i wonder if it is possible

to be simultaneously 

self-indulgent and

self-loathing

the two feed off of one another

in a sick symbiosis,

a parasitic competition;

hating myself

for slacking off,

and slacking off

as compensation

for hating myself
