The Sympathetic Father, To His Unfair Son


Come dwell quiet child.

Don’t be so wild.

You are still mine.

Do right in time.

 

Time will be gone.

So don’t hang on.

Go out, explore

And help the poor.

 

Go, be humble.

I might crumble.

Have sympathy

For the dimly.
