Symptoms of the Depression

There is no time

to explain all those butterfly thoughts

my stomach is clenched in pain

i feel no misery like this without that and there it shall remain

I smile at the capital letters that avoid me like traffic

i write lowercase everything because it matters not

my mind plays tricks on my body

my mind plays tricks on my body

my body can't remember the last time it felt afloat

emotions and time are two things I never have enough of

I felt strong enough to admit my weaknesses

my limitations are pages torn from notebooks

i cry when a notebook is engulfed in a literary flame

i cry when the parents of a friend refuse to let me speak to them

i have crawled out to the ends of the Earth

I laugh when Jupiter shows itself next to the moon

I am proud to call myself a winner

when i lost everything -including you
