my heart has been raised in the dark

the light was a foreign feel

it was too late to stop the start

to my broken heart it was surreal

when he looked into my soul

it was like an electric shock

my story started to pour

when it was over he didn't walk

that's when i felt my heart stop

this wasn't something i meant to find

with him i can smile and not look back

as if life is always kind

like i can ignore every crack

he probably has no clue

what he puts me through

the way my heart stops

he's like my own personal high

it's like i'm upside down

i'm scared of goodbye

i'm scared i might drown

cause he's got me out of breath

all my words turn into a mess

everytime my heart stops

and he says that i'm not broken

that my heart isn't aloof

he's cracked my heart open

i must face the the truth

he has my soul

i'm no longer alone

Hey, I'm new to this. I'm trying to funnel my feelings into something productive, I don't know if it's working.
