The Taciturn and The Talkative VI: Sun

All of the labour, all of the lurge Years went by, came the sunlight purge Rose was dead, rain was gone Nothing to gain, nothing to urge Faces pale, faces bright What was left, what was right? Every single plant bearing shadow Never knew what was light Given the pain, given the price Sun appeared, providing paradise Desert in rain, it was a sign Turned into water, turned it the ice Sun hadn't come, sun always did shine Everyone wondered, would it align? Arduous journey, legitimate excuse Now that it appeared, everything was fine.
