Taciturn Geniuses

It’s pitiful that someone can be a genius,

But not say a single word.

They’ve got the intelligence

To establish ideas that can change the world,

But yet they’re so uncommunicative.

We need these geniuses to articulate their thoughts.

They can save the world with their ideas,

But I guess they’ll just stay diffident.

They know the way life works.

They know there are envious people.

They know there will be jealous people who have the temerity ,

To criticize and undermine their plans.

They know that a person’s hate,

Can go far beyond measure.

That’s why they’ll hide the fact that they’re an intellectual.

I guess that’s the life of a

Taciturn Genius.
