Take Control

Growing up we're told that patience is a virtue

Well I wonder if that's really true

Now I'm not saying that your parents tell you this to hurt you

But I'm just questioning the logic

Now spot this if you spend all your time waiting for good things to happen to you

Like a zoo without animals, you lack all purpose

The bare minimun is what you get

And you become happy with it

Ditch the baiting and quit waiting for luck to bite

Dive in and strive to take what you want

Life is one long story, dont be afraid to change the font

Take control and put an end to your constant droll

Make near what seems so clear in deep sleep

On your own two feet you must run rather than stand

Because while patience can sometimes be virtuous

Blessed are those who conquer that which is truly arduous

Not much to say. I'm speaking to myself more than anything in this but i hope others can take something from it as well.
