Take me as i am
Dear self,
I stand before you today
Wondering if youll take me as i am
With all my worries and my problems
my drama and pains.
I come hoping that you'll accept me into you're life my
depresssing poems and my broken heart and my way with life.
The way i care for nothing and even if
i can cry i keep my feelings to myself
even with my heart broken i act as if it never hapened.
you see am an expert at moving on yet
i have no idea how to move on.
Will you take me with my random temper tantroms
and my moody ways. Will you be there
for me on my good days and my bad.
Will you accept my fear of loving you and accept that we may never get along.
Will you love on my good days, my bad days,
and give a sholder to cry on. Will you accept that i will one day love nail polish
that i never wear more than i love you and accept that if
i visit spain i might never come back to you.
Am asking you to take my random angry days and put up with them,
To carry the burden and fear that i might one day unintentionally hurt myself.
Are you willing to take my happy days and enjoy them with me before they change.
No, am not asking you to marry me or fall in love me with me
beacuse now thats just absurd. All i ask is for you to accept me as i am.
