Take a Stand Against Society

Why do people in this world try to tell us:

how we should act,

how we should think,

and how we should look?

How can we be our own person,

if society tells us who we are supposed to be?

People have their own minds,

their own thoughts,

and their own personality.

Let's stop acting like others;

trying to be like everyone else,

trying to look like everyone else.

Let's take a stand.

It doesn't matter what others think.

If they don't like the real you,

are they really your friends?

Be yourself

because you only get to live this life once.
