Take the Wheel

When every door is closed

And I feel so discouraged

I look outside the window

To find a blessing full of courage.

He never seems to sleep

Always there when I need him

He's always there to comfort me

Even better than my parents

He's the one true person

THat has always been on my side

Even through my embarrassing moments

He has showed me never to hide

Not from my regrets

Not from my follies

Not from my emotions

He has shown me to walk through

the forbidden forest of complexity and frustration.

To take off my shoes

and take a swirling dip into the pool of fear.

I am weak, naive, troubled

But God makes me geater

Than the might of Zeus

and the legacy of Alexander the Great

Even greater than my wildest thoughts, imagination

and dreams. He knows best

That's why I leave Him to take care of the rest:

My worries.
