Taken For granted

When you’re taken for granted,

You feel sadder than ever,

They sat there and chanted,

Said they would play with you never,

They don’t care about the way you feel,

It only matters if they get what they want,

Only get forgiven if you kneel,

The memories that haunt,

Shooting through your mind,

A mess that you didn’t make,

Don’t forget your life is timed,

So just get up and fake,

Just find someone to call a friend,

And you will last until the end.
