Taken Over
Time passes by
Individually engulfed
In one’s own madness
Untamable and uncontrollable
Sadness and pain
Unleashed in rage
Falling fast
Quickly devoured
By darkness
Leaving emptiness
A doll without
Heart nor soul
Drips of blood tears
Flood and overtake
The courage one carries
Burden after another
In search of others
Of same being
To show their colors
And have their voice be heard
To never more be terrored
By those around
And equally themselves.
