Taking Responsibility
Responsible.
A lot of teens don't seem to know the meaning of the word.
Parents, hurt every day, just wanting to be heard.
Teens try to do good, but it just doesn't work.
Texting while driving is one little quirk.
Except it is not little.
It hurts people, kills people.
Underage drinking has the same consequences.
You are impaired visually and your coordination is off.
Teens don't seem to understand that.
We're all going to make bad decisions.
Just don't make the decision that harms someone else.
Cyberbullying. Bullying. Underage Drinking. Texting and Driving. Drinking and Driving.
All of these are harmful, so I beg of you, do the right thing.
Don't do the wrong thing and hurt someone.
It might come back to haunt you.
One simple word: NO.
That's all you have to say if someone offers you a drink.
You may want that drink, but you could make a huge impact by not taking that drink.
Make the right choice, please.
Hear and choose.
