Taking Toxic
Intoxication by substance,
Abuse is a common word in
A user's dictionary: vocabulary,
Mundane feelings of pain,
Take it all away.
Introversion and isolation,
Alone isn't just emotion,
A lonely person can keep
Their own company,
Take it all away.
Indications of lies,
Reaction is key to acting,
Rendering who you are in life,
Meaningless monologs continue,
Take it all away.
Involuntary and involved,
Reaping what you sow,
Reapers taking what's left,
Thoughtless demons haunt you,
Take it all away.
