The Tale of the Brown Mouse
Once upon a time in a little red house
There lived a little brown mouse
This mouse lived alone and had only a few friends
She worked day and night to try to meet ends
One rainy day a grey traveling mouse
came and knocked on the door or the little red house
There was no answer so he let himself in
There was a bowl or stew on the table that he began to lap up with a grin
In that instant little brown mouse came rushing into her home
She whacked grey mouse over the head with a stick and he left there with a groan
Brown mouse then made more stew to celebrate her victory
