Talking Doesn't Help

Anyone can vent.

About their life, work or partner.

But to feel better requires effort.

Acceptance in oneself and circumstance.

The balance of suffering and acceptance is bliss.

People think they know what bliss is.

But being alone is an opportunity to feel it.

It only requires effort.
