Talking to my plants

**Talking to My Plants** My quiet friends who hear it all, Standing in my balcony, quiet and tall, Absorbing my words like water and sunlight, Starting my day with joy, a gentle delight. They listen with kind concern, something mankind should definitely learn. A sense of connection grows, making me forget my foes. They never speak, yet still I grow, Like quiet petals learning light below. With them, I'm never alone. Even their silence feels like home. My quiet friends who hear it all, Let's appreciate you once and for all.

This poem was inspired by the plants on my balcony that somehow make even the quietest days feel less lonely.
