talking to you is like talking to me

when you laugh

i laugh

when you frown

i frown

when you don't like something

neither do i

all a little sickening, aint it?

i thought that at first

but then something came to mind

i realised i wasn't changing

not at all

i had just never met another

who was so much like me

to the point

i thought

you could read my mind

talking to you is like

talking to me

it scares me a little

and i try to deny it

even if it invalidates me

i don't want to just nod and smile and agree

i guess that spending

twelve or more years

never stumbling upon a soul

that shared my perspective

will do that to a person

but now that i have

i think i might have to

and honestly

that's fine by me.
