T.A.R.D.I.S.

Bigger than it seems,

big enough to hold a team,

the new house empty and hollow,

yet easy to follow,

stacks of boxes fill the rooms,

making me small as they loom,

strange walls,

dark halls,

controlling in how I can paint my wall,

tall or so so small,

I can’t return to the house of the past,

the T.A.R.D.I.S. trapping me like a cast,

hiding in my room,

sealed up like a tomb,

the door is locked,

the deed is done.
